I would like to take this opportunity to share the wonderful services I've
received from WorldWide Carpet Cleaning. Each staff member I have been in
contact with has been extremely polite and professional at all times. I first
had Worldwide clean the carpets at my office. After seeing the outstanding
results I instantly knew I would never use another carpet cleaning company
again. Shortly after they cleaned my office I had them clean my home, and
I received the same excellent service.
One morning not long after I had Worldwide clean the carpets I had a roof
leak at the office, which casued water damage. I recalled the person from
Worldwide telling me about the many services they provide, in addition to
carpet cleaning, and contacted them immediately regarding my soaking wet carpet.
Within forty-five minutes they were on site evaluating the situation and had
it taken care of before lunchtime. I was amazed at the promptness of their
response to my emergency situation and at their willingness to explain what
they had to do to resolve my problems.
I highly recommend Worldwide Carpet Cleaning to anyone who wants the most
impressive quality service for the carpets at home or at the office. The friendliness
and knowledge of the employees is impressive, and their concern for complete
customer satisfaction is obviously top priority. The quality of the multiple
services they provide is of the highest caliber.

To Whom it May Concern,
In August 2005, we sustained major damage to our lake home by reason of a
water leak caused by a water line connection failure. Since water ran for
several days without being discovered, the damage to the interior was substantial.
I called Nathan Butterfield of Worldwide Inc. and he and his professional
crew responded immediately. Nathan worked with our insurance adjuster and
looked after our interest very throroughly and professionally.
Nathan's crew removed the entire contents of the dwelling and stored them
on site. All items were identified and carefully boxed. Partial walls were
removed and the debris was disposed of very promptly.
When the interior was totally remodled and completed, Nathan and his crew
put all the stored items back in place. All had been properly labeled so the
replacing of the contents went exceedingly well.
I would certainly recommed Nathan and Worldwide Inc. to anyone for a job "well
done".
